Madrid Barajas Airport is a 20 minute drive and 10 kilometers away. The nearest metro station is Santo Domingo, opposite the hotel. Situated in a quiet Plaza in the heart of Madrid, it is just 200 meters from the Royal Palace. Driving directions: From the airport by car, follow the N-11 highway to Madrid city center/Avenida de America, turn left onto Serrano and continue until Plaza de la Independencia, turning onto Gran Via. Guests can relax in the lobby with a complimentary newspaper, and plan excursions in the Internet corner or with the help of the multilingual staff at the front desk. Taxis are available from the airport and the blue airport bus departs every 15 minutes for the underground bus terminal at Plaza de Colón in central Madrid. From Madrid Barajas Airport : Take N-II (II-Highway) to Madrid city center, you must arrive to "Avenida de America" and turn left by "Serrano" street. Straight on until "Plaza de la independencia" and take "Gran Via" street. Go straight on the "Plaza Callao" and here take "Preciados" street in the direction of the "Plaza de Santo Do mingo".
